Officers & Advisors

	President - Hunter Porter 1. Serve as spokesperson for the club. 2. Preside at all club meetings. 3. Prepare an agenda for each meeting to be given to the Secretary. 4. Appoint committee Chairpersons. 5. Represent the club at meetings of the President's Club. 6. Make all rules which shall be necessary and proper for carrying out the foregoing powers, and all other powers vested in this constitution that do not violate the National Beta Beta Beta and UCO Student Association constitutions. 7. Keep charge of the mailbox, maintained by the Office of Campus Life.
	Executive Vice President - Baylee Tatum 1. Assist the President. 2. Act as President during the absence of the President. 3. Assume the office of the President should the President, for any reason, not be able to continue in that capacity. 4. Coordinate the work of various committees. 5. Be responsible for all programs. 6. Invite and thank speakers through formal written letters.
	Secretary- Carolyn Hendricks 1. Create and post signs that effectively communicate the next meeting's purpose in Howell Hall in at least two (2) school days advance of said meeting, but preferably one week in advance. 2. Conduct the correspondence of the club, excluding that of the President's and Vice-President's duties. 3. Be responsible for all reports and forms to be made to the university and other organizational bodies. 4. Maintain the minutes at all meetings and committees. 5. Type the agenda, sign-up sheets, and et cetera to be distributed to all members at all meetings, this duty may be shared with the president. 6. Work with the Historian to keep a record of the club's activities. 7. Update the Announcement calendar located in the atrium hallway near the vending machines.
	Treasurer - Jennifer Walling 1. Collect and disburse all monies according to the Budget Office's procedures. 2. Maintain an accurate record of all expenditures and income, at all times. 3. Serve as the authorized person to sign checks, which must also be signed by the one sponsor. In the event that the Treasurer is not available, any other officer may sign checks.
	Historian - Taylor Murray 1. Keep a record of all the activities of the organization in conjunction with the Secretary. 2. Assemble and organize the annual yearbook for the chapter. 3. Design and update the chapter website. 4. Assist the President and other officers in maintaining the conduct and rules of this constitution.
	Sergeant-At-Arms - Joshua Faw 1. Ensure all bylaws and traditions are respected by everyone at meetings and events. 2. Enforce rules (any infractions or violations of Tri-Beta's policies must be reported to President and Advisor). 3. Prepare the meeting and event spaces. 4. Carry out any requests or orders made by the President.
	Special Projects Officer - Jane Jarshaw 1. Coordinate and supervise Induction Ceremonies. 2. Assist in all other activities.
	Special First Officer - Rebecca Dimanche 1. Handle any other duties as requested by the Executive Committee.
	Co-Advisor - Dr. Nikki Seagraves Assistant Professor of Biology 1. Provide enthusiasm and motivation. 2. Provide guidance in all activities.
	Co-Advisor - Professor Linda Luna General Biology Lab Coordinator 1. Provide enthusiasm and motivation. 2. Provide guidance in all activities.
	Outgoing Co-Advisor - Dr. James E. Bidlack Professor of Biology 1. Provide enthusiasm and motivation. 2. Provide guidance in all activities.
