As agreed by the class on Monday, April 6, 2020, this lab report may be concise and done in groups (or individually).  Your lab report is due by 5:00 PM on Wednesday, April 13, 2020.  Because of the Coronavirus Pandemic, your lab report will be limited to protein data and general observations taken during the experiment.  Only 3 references are required (although you may add more) and your report can just include 3 (or more) pages in the same format described in the Lab Manual.  For your convenience, one of the references many include the paper we handed out and discussed in class.  That journal paper may be found at the following link:
